It’s a highly individualised, sacred journey – A choreography co-created with you and guided by Dr. Regina Hess, Visionary Founder/Director Birthing an Ancient Future – over 9 months - metaphorically mirroring the time of a pregnancy until birthing a new version of yourself — as a process of metamorphosis from the caterpillar to the butterfly - walking your life with a new integrity of the heart and expression of the soul.

In our sacred work, we walk together – gently, honestly, soul to soul. Guiding your intimate transformative process and midwifing your birthing of emergent becoming.

Dr. Regina U. Hess is a clinician, trauma expert, transpersonal psychologist, and shamanic practitioner, as well as a researcher and spiritual elder with over 30 years of experience guiding transformational and psychedelic-assisted processes across cultures and traditions.

She weaves together clinical and transpersonal transcultural psychology, Indigenous sciences and modern (psychedelic) science, somatic awareness, intimacy and sexuality, shamanic transcultural ritual and ceremony, diverse spiritual traditions, and visionary teachings into a rare and powerful form of sacred service - FOR THE GREATER GOOD AND BENEFIT OF ALL.

Every SACRED JOURNEY is unique — but here are the INITIAL STEPS:

  1. Initial Connection Call
    A free, 20-minute call to explore the COMING HOME PROGRAM together to get further information and a deeper feel, to see if this is right for you.

  2. Designing Your Journey
    Based on the initial first Online session and screening of your biography and life topics, we co-create your personal retreat arc – typically over about 9 months.

  3. Your Sacred Process Begins
    You’ll be supported with further online sessions of exploration, preparation, and integration, including home tasks, and guidance — aligned with your rhythm and needs.
