A Time of Great Turning: Remembering the Old Ways for a New Earth
We are living through a time of unprecedented planetary transformation—a great turning, a collective initiation. Across the Earth, we hear the whisperings of the ancestors and the thunder of future generations calling us to re-member: to bring our parts back into wholeness, to reweave the severed threads between humanity, the Earth, and the sacred.
In this moment, we are invited to re-generate ancient wisdom—not as relics of a lost past, but as living seeds of a flourishing future. We are midwives of a new Earth, rooted in ancestral memory and aligned with a planetary purpose of peace, healing, and reciprocity.
Prophecies from the Corn People: A Vision of Unity and Sacred Renewal
The following transcultural prophecy—echoed in many Indigenous traditions across the Americas—calls forth a vision that is now manifesting:
"One day people of all colors of the sacred corn—red, white, yellow, and brown (black)—will come to our land... from many lands. When this day is upon us, it will be a time of great change, and the world will need to remember the Old Ways..."
This prophecy speaks of a future—and a now—when the world has become unbalanced, when both Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples have forgotten the sacred. But it also speaks of a reunion, of a great remembering.
"...It is in this way that we will all come together as one Tree of Life, reborn of all colors of the corn. In our joining and our remembering we will find balance once again."
This is a sacred call to unite as one planetary family, a Circle of Circles, weaving together the sacred knowings of Earth-based peoples, modern science, and awakened heart consciousness.
Weaving the Web of the Ancient Future
The Birthing an Ancient Future – Integral Peace-Builders initiative arises from this prophecy and planetary call. Rooted in transpersonal psychology, Indigenous ceremonial traditions, and regenerative systems thinking, our council serves as a living web of elders, visionaries, scholars, artists, and youth—weaving the old ways with emergent paradigms.
We are not returning to the past, but activating its wisdom as a compass toward an ethical, sustainable, heart-centered future. Through sacred medicine ceremonies, embodied rituals, communal teachings, and visionary action, we foster the emergence of what we call the Ancient Future—a world where the sacred is re-centered, and the Earth and all her beings are honored as kin.

This is a global call for Peace-Builders, Dream Weavers, Earth Stewards, and Bridge Walkers to step into ceremonial co-creation. Whether your lineage is rooted in Indigenous traditions or in the seeking heart of remembrance—you are needed now.
Let us sit together in council. Let us rise in shared responsibility. Let us become the Tree of Life reborn—rooted in ancestral knowing, branching into future generations, and flowering into peace.
