From the Cosmic Wiggle to Becoming Sacred Earth
Transforming pre- and perinatal birth imprints into awakened incarnations
A trauma-informed transpersonal, transgenerational approach
Regina U. Hess, Ph.D., NL/PT

Some of the most decisive moments in human life happen before language. A first orientation toward contact. A first imprint of rhythm, safety, separation, or holding. These early layers often live on as body memory, shaping relationships, creativity, and the capacity to trust life.

When birth arrives, we become Earth; when we die, we return to Earth.

Pre- and perinatal imprints are often overlooked in clinical practice, even though they shape foundations of safety, self-trust, and relational capacity. A transgenerational lens adds another dimension: The atmosphere of arrival is rarely individual only. Family histories and cultural conditions shape the field into which a child arrives, and later, the field into which an adult attempts to love, lead, create, and belong.

What the plenary offers

The plenary talk presents a multidimensional framework bridging trauma-informed transpersonal psychology, transgenerational healing, and expanded states of consciousness within pre- and perinatal psychology.

This approach integrates body, psyche, spirit, culture, and Nature as one living relational field. The aim is practical and profound: Transform early imprints into resources for mature incarnation, grounded belonging, and heart-centered love.

How the retreat brings it into practice

The Post-Symposium Group Retreat translates the plenary into lived application through teaching, sacred ceremony, creative expression, and nature-based ritual.

Day 1:

Teaching and experiential practice that distills themes and supports nervous system readiness.

Day 2:

The ceremonial heart. A day-long journey working with expanded states of consciousness, held in a safe, ethical, trauma-informed container and supported by an experienced assistant team.

Day 3:

Integration through bodywork, creative expression, and nature-based ritual, supporting sustainable commitments in daily life.

A community celebration by the fire supports shared belonging and relational weaving.

Closing invitation

This invitation is for practitioners, scholars, and devoted humans who feel called to meet the earliest layers of life with skill, reverence, and grounded love.
