Toward Pluriversal Being & Knowing 25th EUROTAS Conference – Oaxaca, Mexico, October 22–26, 2025
In these times of crisis and transformation, the call to gather in wisdom fields becomes ever more urgent. The 25th EUROTAS Conference in Oaxaca, Mexico (October 22–26, 2025) invites a transcultural circle of remembrance and becoming. Rooted in the fertile soils of ancestral Mexico, we will weave together pluriversal relational knowledges—Indigenous, transpersonal, ecological, artistic, and ceremonial—toward the regeneration of life.
A Tapestry of Remembrance and Becoming
Oaxaca, with its deep Indigenous roots and vibrant traditions, offers a living context for the work of re-membering—literally stitching back together what has been torn apart. Here, the sacred is not abstract but embodied in corn, in fire, in water, in the mountains and the ceiba tree. To gather in Oaxaca is to walk into a landscape where ancestors are alive, where ritual and community sustain continuity across generations.
Our conference theme speaks to this: weaving a tapestry where diverse strands of wisdom traditions meet, not in competition but in co-creation. By entering this pluriversal field, we learn again to fall in love with the more-than-human worlds—with the rivers, the forests, the fungi, the stars.
Co-Creating Regenerative Futures
The crises of our time—ecological collapse, cultural fragmentation, political turmoil—can be met not through fragmentation but through a relational consciousness that honors interdependence. In the Sacred Web of Life, every voice, human and more-than-human, matters. The 25th EUROTAS Conference calls for this kind of listening: to shamans, scientists, psychotherapists, artists, elders, youth, and the Earth herself.
Through dialogue, ceremony, and practice, participants will be invited into the work of co-creating regenerative futures. This is not a theoretical exercise but a living, embodied practice of planetary peace-building.
“There Is a Field, We’ll Meet There…”
As Rumi reminds us: Beyond ideas of right-doing and wrong-doing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there.
This conference is such a field—a meeting place of heart and mind, spirit and matter, past and future. In Oaxaca, we will step into that circle of reciprocity, of sacred relationship, of Wisdom Weaving.
From heart to heart,
Dr. Regina U. Hess
